Loving Husband and Father

Paul Manzik, 97, of Waterbury, passed away on October 5, 2017, at The Village at East Farms, after a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Albetina Manzik.

He was born in Cheshire, CT, on January 19, 1920, the son of the late Anthony and Mary (Sherbach) Manzik.

Paul was a WWII veteran, having served in the Army Air Force. He worked as a machinist at Thinsheet Metals Co. for 40 years.

He is survived by his two sons, Denis Manzik of Plainville, CT, and Stephen Manzik of NH, and his daughter, Shirley Zembruski of CA. Paul is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017, at 10:00 am at Colasanto Funeral Home, 932 Bank Street, Waterbury, with a prayer service at 10:40 am.  Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, with Full Military Honors.
