Loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother
Kay Frances Carr, 79, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family and loved ones, on November 3, 2022.
She was born in Pamlico County, North Carolina, on June 13, 1943, the daughter of Leslie Ray and Allie Mae (Midgette) Jewell.
Kay was a life-long resident of Waterbury, CT. She worked at Specialty Packaging, on East Main St., Waterbury, for many years.
Kay enjoyed going to the theater, dinner, the movies, and spending her extra time with her family - especially her children and grandchildren. She also loved listening to country, 50's, 60's, Motown, and R&B music, cooking, baking, and dancing.
She leaves behind her son, Ricardo Feliciano and his wife, Lyndand, her daughter, Maria Christina Feliciano and son-in-law, Gregory Scott Rivera, four grandchildren: Brianna Feliciano, Matthew Rivera, Elric Feliciano, Thynthia Bonatos and her husband, Tony, her great-grandson, Panagiotis Bonatos, and her brother, Jesse Jewell.
The Family would like to thank and express their gratitude for the entire staff of Hospice Care at Home for their wonderful care.
