Arthur Lussier, 82, a lifelong resident of Waterbury, passed away peacefully at Waterbury Hospital, on August 14, 2018.
Art was born in Waterbury, on March 16, 1936, son of the late Arthur and Loretta (Feest) Lussier.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma Lussier, of Waterbury; his daughter and son-in-law, Deanna and Jack Burns, of Prospect; his daughter, Robyn Lussier, of Milford, and is predeceased by his son, Arthur Lussier, Jr. He is also leaves two granddaughters; Alicia Mancinone, and Jacklyn Essex, and a great-granddaughter, Gianna Mancinone.
Art was a familiar face for many years at the Brooklyn Bakery and St Joseph’s Church. The family would like to thank the staff at Waterbury Hospital, for their care and compassion during his final days.
In addition to his immediate family, Art is survived by his brother; Paul Lussier, of Prospect, his sisters, Carol Garbukas, of Waterbury, and Elaine Tiganella, of Wilmington, North Carolina, and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held 10 am, Friday, August 17, 2018, at St Patrick’s Church, Parish of St. Blaise, 50 Charles St, Waterbury. There are no calling hours. Colasanto Funeral Home has been entrusted with all arrangements.
