Billie was married to my wifes sister many years ago...As I remember Billy always had a fun outlook on life and shared it with all his friends and family.

I knew Billy as one of the "regulars" at Rich's Eggspress. I found him to be a quiet and unassuming man , who was always cordial whenever we exchanged pleasantries . To his family and close friends , I am sorry for your loss .
