Rose Boucher-Moore

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beautiful mother, Rose, age 100. She passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 11th.

Rose was born in Waterbury, on June 18, 1923, the daughter of Stefano Gianelli and Olympia Maturo.

She was a dedicated Time Keeper at Timex Corporation for many years. She loved to bake, crochet, knit, and share her creations with friends and family.

Rose is survived by her son, Stephen (Mary) Boucher, her daughter, Judy Kelliher, grandchildren: Jonathan, Jared (Brenna), Derek Kelliher, and Hailey Boucher, and also her great-grandchildren, Taylor Kelliher, Blakely, and Brinley Kelliher.

She is predecreased by her beloved husband, Joseph Boucher, her son, Robert, son-in-law, David Kelliher, sister, Carmella Recchia, brother, Ralph Gianelli, and second husband, Wes Moore.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, on Wednesday, May 15, at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, 74 West Main St., Waterbury. Family and Friends are asked to meet directly at the church. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, 2324 E. Main St., Waterbury. Colasanto Funeral Home, 932 Bank St., Waterbury, has been entrusted with all arrangements.
